Time
Time mocks us sometimes.Like how we anticipate Chinese New Year and it seems like eons of time has passed before the festive season eventually arrived. And when it has dawned upon us, it passes by quickly. It leaves us feeling 'cheated ' of our feelings. Like how the trepidation of sitting for the O levels would plague us and we remain trapped in insecurity. Not long afterm we found ourselves staring face to face with the 'O' level exam scripts for the different subjects that we studied. Within a mere two weeks or so, the exams ended and our fate for pre-university education was sealed. Ah well, this is just some random thought. This week has been interesting. There was a blackout during Economics lecture, which highlighted the importance of modern technology such as handphones. Sadly, the blackout didn't serve as an excuse for us to stop lecture. Instead, the lecture made us rely on our handphones to write down notes in the dark ! And my body is 'signalling' me to sleep now. Sore back, stiff knees, tired brain...the list goes on. Its the 2nd week of school only and I'm already wrecked ... time to sleep ! Monday, January 18, 2010, 5:05 AM
newfound
An inaugural entry for this newfound space.Plain and simple,its my style. Standing at 17 years old,there were untold moments when flashback of bittersweet memories reappeared in my mind, especially for this year, being the year of transition from a Secondary 4 to JC student. Anyway, I have learnt to define my life along the way. Like how I desire for those precious moments to be captured, and be made known somehow. I want to be made known...through my speech, actions and thoughts.I hope to be able to revisit these personal and evocative memories through these entries here, to witness my growth from youth to a mature individual who has enjoyed life to the fullest. I want to live the life i love, and love the life i lead. |
